Remember as i told before you must have an email id for here write your email id there but do not enter the password for your email here, You must create a strong password here because your email id is your account number in pay pal and  now after entering your password it is better write it some where and put it with you, so that you did not forget it, I will suggest you to use alphabets,numbers and symbols to make a strong password.Now when you press Continue button it will take you another page here you are going to fill all information about you as image below

After entering all information kindly click in the block and then press agree and create account button thats it, now you are a  Paypal Account holder but you have to verified through your bank for receiving and sending payments,when you press the button it will open another page where they will ask you to link your card it means your ATM card but you can also add it later the page will open as below image i mark it with yellow arrow

 

Now when you press i will link my card later a message appear but you can skip after skip, the page will open as below image 

Here you can understand that your account is already open you may go to your account page directly but i mention a black arrow it indicates to sell something when you press it will open as image below

Here in image above there is 4 task for you go to your email message box and open the message from paypal and click the confirmation link then enter your PAN card details then add bank account in your paypal account so that you can withdraw money from paypal account to your bank account and after that add a purpose code for example if you are earning through internet jobs like data entry operator or surveys site or PTC sites like Clicksense, NeoBux etc then add purpose code marketing and advertisement(you may add or change later too) If you wanted to complete your task later then you may go to directly to your account when you press the go to account a page will appear you have to enter your password here which you created with paypal as i told before a strong password after entering password the account page will open as below image
